Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) Group Guided Practice and Meditation:
We will meet monthly for one hour on a Saturday or Sunday. We will practice Guided Qigong movements for 20 min,then 15 minute "Heal our world meditation",10 min.Small Universe meditation and ending with the Harvesting of Qi for 10 min. No prior experience is required. Anyone can do this regardless of age or physical condition. You'll be purring like a kitten...

SFQ Level One For Health class.
This is an official SFQ L1 class where a certificate of completion can be earned and is recognized by SFQ.
Cost is $135
The SFQ Level One for Health manual is included.
There are 8 modules and many short videos presented in this beautiful presentation. You will learn the history of and the how's and why's of Spring Forest Qigong. You will also learn how to remove energy blockages for yourself and others in this wonderful presentation.
SFQ Level One for Health classes are offered monthly. 9:30 - 4:30pm on Saturday Or by request.
